the main restaurant felt understaffed. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to place my order, and the server seemed overwhelmed! the limited pool access for families also felt a bit misleading, especially since i was hoping for a relaxing weekend by the pool with my family. it seems the hotel prioritizes a child-free environment, but this wasn't clear when i booked.

ABSOLUTELY Superb Stay!

The staff WERE helpful. They offer a dog menu. That is a fantastic IDEA and the dogs really loved it. The dogs had their own beds, a toy each and a goodie bag, a nice touch and very welcome. The hotel feels very dog friendly. I FELT at ease with them .
I did find multiple items added to our bill at checkout which we never ate or drank.

The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The health spa includes a sauna and steam room. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section.

The food was quite disappointing I ordered a steak one evening and it was tough I also had to wait 25 minutes for coffee one morning the pool area was also not as clean as I would have expected it looked like it needed a good sweep

i found the lounge areas comfortable and nicely maintained. plenty of parking spaces were available. the location provided convenient access to the coastline. the kitchen restaurant offered a friendly atmosphere and i considered the food reasonably priced.
i found the wait for coffee at breakfast was a bit long.
